Corrugated Filling:
Nowadays, 40 cells—80 cells of metal wire are mainly adopted for industry filling production, and in corrugation shape.
Thin steel plate over 0.1mm is also adopted. According to specific surface area and corrugation angle, it can be classified as these types: TJ125X/Y、TJ200X/Y、TJ250X/Y、TJ300X/Y、TJ350X/Y、TJ500X/Y、以及TJ700X/Y。
It is mostly suitable for the following applications:
① Vacuum system, air control and absorption;
② Towers over 10 m high;
③ Restoration of old tower, to improve ventilation and separation efficiency, lower energy consumption;
④ Reduce press so as to use heat pump, heat integrated network..
